Rental Process

Thank you for your interest in one of our properties! We can't wait to help you find the perfect home. Read about our rental process below and don't hesitate to contact us with questions!

1. Find a property.

2. Contact office for info/details. If you are already familiar with the property you may choose to skip the next 2 steps.

3. Schedule a tour. Tours can be scheduled for up to 3 properties, and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be given to current residents

4. Tour the property

5. When you are ready to secure the unit, you will provide the office with name and email of all residents ready to lease the property.

6. Application links will be sent through DocuSign to all residents.

7. Residents will complete the application sent through DocuSign. . Do not submit application if you are not prepared to pay application fee and security deposit, they will be due within 24 hours of application submittal. Payment can be made by check or money order payable to Brothers Management. If you are self-supporting you will need to send in proof of income at this time.

8. Once all applicants are approved, we will send a link to you so you can electronically sign the lease contract. You will have 48 hours to review and complete the online lease. A link will also be sent to your Lease Guarantor ( if applicable) so they can access and complete the guarantor for

9. Once all applications are submitted, the application fees and security deposit is paid in full, and the lease has been signed by all leaseholders, the property will be considered leased and no longer available.
